Before this role I was on the other side of the table: four hackathons as a builder, one of them won, and one I came back to as a mentor. Along the way I co-founded a web3 community here in Argentina and shipped a handful of on-chain side projects. Same reason then as now, keep getting better and open up opportunities for the region.

I look for the builders who are serious about this industry and connect them with the right BD vertical. A warm intro beats a cold pitch every time.
Resources go where builders are: technical tracks, workshops, bounties. Not logos on a stage.
If the tool I need doesn't exist, I build it, leaning on AI. Building alongside the community is a requirement for me.
Running a hackathon or a workshop and leaving isn't enough. You stay, build for the long run, and share values so the people in our community can grow in this industry.
